Biomórfica is a reconnection process. Starting from the concept that Nature is a source of wisdom and learning, not a source of extraction, I investigated the Funghi Universe, its morphologies and surfaces, in order to create a collection of geometrically organic garments. When we look at nature, understand its processes and apply them to design, we empathize, learn about ourselves and our connection to the earth. We reconnect. Biomórfica explores the delving into the depths of our roots, of mycelium, to emerge and sprout as a new living organism.
