The collection is inspired in the japanese term “mono no aware” reflected in Yasujiro Ozu ́s film, Sanma no aji (1962).
Mono no aware sits in the gaps between nostalgia, understanding and sadness. It is the silent space between these three feelings and concepts. It is the beauty that is unseen and transient, only felt and understood in retrospect, in recollection and in passing.
