The project started from the study of the apron, workwear/uniform, and from the common interest for the oriental techniques of fabric manipulation, focused on denim.
Family twentieth century portaits show structured garments, rigorous and linear.
In our minds these garments have been worn by Kate Moss in the pictures taken by Corinne Day in the nineties.
The artwork " Confucius's Confusion" by Mei Dean-E focuses our interest on the thread coming out from the fabric.
