“Under Construction” was inspired by designing the new Maet studio located in Tirana, Albania. During the renovations, I was moved by the different shapes, patterns, and details I was seeing in the architecture of my future space. Architecture has always spoken to me as a creative because of the lineage work that can exist in the space. So many beautiful changes can take place from the begging to the end of a project, which is where I believe fashion and architecture come to a head. After watching the space transform, I felt urged to signify this change in my sketchbook.
