The technique, construction and functionality of a parachute are fascinating and the inspiration for this design. My outfit is all over made out of this high quality, robust ripstop nylon material which also influences the colouring of the outfit. The jacket has a shorter hem at the front and a longer at the back. The width of the hemline is taken together in a drawstring. This creates a special effect of the jacket which should remind of an opening parachute.
