Inspired by my days in japan, the memorable spring and rainy seasons have been my inspiration. Looking at Kawase Hasui’s use of colours that displayed atmospheric effects and natural lighting, as seen on earlier ukiyo-e paintings, I wanted this collection to reflect such affect.

Constant weather changing, combining the days of Cherry blossoms with light blue sky and humid days with dark grey sky, accented by the occasional down pour.
