Prague based brand LAFORMELA, founded by Czech and Slovak duo, starts off the SS18 season with the collection subtitled HOLD TIGHT. Its production saw the designers play with colour composition that was thematically inspired by racing sports and take us back to the 2000s pop music scene. Full of pastel shades and fluorescent colours, graphic details and assymetrical cuts, The brand’s signature pleating techniques were used with new materials, accentuating the urban style of the silhouettes.
