at the 25th hour. is the graduate collection of designer, Teo Ka Yong, primarily inspired by the narrative and aesthetics of the sci-fi culture, Cyberpunk. Its concept is developed from a personal observation of “Mass Surveillance” as part of the study on Cyberpunk, which no longer remains fiction but a prevalent phenomenon in today’s society.
