This urbanist is a man, who is developing and planning cities by considering the nature. His biggest fascination is airplanes. By flying with an airplane he can observe the clashing of nature and technology.
The colors are inspired by this above view of the world. They are divided in four groups representing: industrial view, sky, ocean, rocks, grass and mountains.
