Taking an abstract perspective on fragility, adolescence and innocence, Jonathan Liang spring summer 2018 collection is inspired by Lucile Hadžihalilović’s film, “Innocence”, a delicate, nonchalant, enigmatic artistic exploration of youth and liberty. Throughout the collection, a created dichotomy exists between the ideas of tailoring, and soft fabrications and detailing, as shown in contrast blend of masculine lapels, pleating and embroidery.
