MFA collection shown at NYFW SS15. This collection examines the importance of friendship between boys, particularly the notions of melancholy and intimacy. Through a series of interviews and photographs, Jessica Walsh produced a body of research that proved pivotal in the development of these designs from concept to creation. The garments’ fabric was bruised to create an intimate touch, and geometric patterns were translated onto jackets in order to balance their weight and body.
