GEOMETRICAL LINES DO NOT PRODUCE LIKEABLE PEOPLE

Inspired by the movie Mon Oncle by Jacques Tati | 1958

-Background: After the war in France, with the developments of the Industrial Revolution, many objects with little value were produced (clumsy, non-ergonomic lines)
-In order to gain social status, middle-class people engaged in conspicuous consumption
-The director chose to use a lot of "modern" (stiff geometric lines) products to satirize this behaviour
