Inspired by ancient civilisations, museum collections of artefacts and folk art symbols of protection and luck. Archaeological digs uncovering intricate mosaics are interpreted using vintage glass tiles with gold lustre and resin. The animal motifs and symbols are taken from those traditionally used to protect homes, belongings and animals.
