This is my graduate collection, and aslo my first collection. It is inspired by both Japanese fashion and origami. The collection is very sculptural, with solid form and geometric shapes. Consisting of 12 pieces, the entire collection draws from dark elements to invoke futuristic and architectural form of costume. My inspiration draws from origami culture, which represents a new and innovative style. My work has an autonomy in sculpturing, the edges and the shapes of my creations are straight, strong, and simplified geometrical.
