Loop

Loop

This collection was created from the portrait of Margareta Paleolog, painted by Giulio Romano in 1531. The portrait shows a fashionable noblewoman wearing a dress made of interlaced black ribbons where edges are covered with gold, and a hairdress made of dreadlocks on her head. The inspiration for the collection is to create a time loop between the Renaissance and the present, where the focus is on the loops from the portraits.
