Inspired by the working class of the late 1800’s, where distinction between social classes was inevitable, but none the less the working class were just as willing fashion victims as the elite class. It was a period of time where ordinary people were experiencing improvements in all aspects of their lives, and clothes were one of the main aspects where we could see this transformation most clearly.
