Haywire's first collection was inspired by the beauty of sharp objects, heart breaks and 'cat' scratches. It was designed whilst repeatedly listening to 'Cactus' by The Pixies, so thank you for the music!

The idea of turning personal scars into an object of adornment and transforming one's sorrows, anger and hardships into beautiful treasures that everyone can wear as a reminder of one's strength in overcoming obstacles, is the main symbolism surrounding these pieces.
