”A Girl Is A Gun”
My inspiration for my lingerie project was guns. Through my research I came across embellishment guns that were popular and were also used as a status symbol. I decided to parallel the gun to a woman.
Women and guns goes a long way back together - in films and media, mostly in a sexual context which took my attention and made me want to think about a different approach to the aesthetic .
My approach was to compare the characteristics of the gun to those of a woman.
