This collection's designs were strongly inspired by the 80s and the highly significant cultural impact of ball culture among the drag queen community. Desert rose is a very bright vivid colored beautiful flower. It mirrors all the valiant queens braving the established system and the threat of HIV back in the 80s. Even though each design can be extravagant, it is styled as urban, and shown in its urban drag.
The designer is 100% muslim and aims to prove that all religions, races, genders, orientations can coexist, collaborate and create towards a better more inclusive future.
