01 is my graduate collection, based on restriction and body constraint. Inspiration was taken from different means of torture, and the affects it has on the human body. Straight jackets played a key part in the research process, providing silhouette and detail inspiration for a range of leather jackets, jumpsuits and dresses. Cow leather, as well as pig and lambskin are key features within my garments, providing subtle variations in texture and visual appearance.
