Inspired by gender consciousness and the fluidity within the spectrum, 2018 SS collections daringly transform elements of gender by incorporating sheer and floaty materials into menswear for additional romantic and sensual feel. Integrating petticoats of womenswear from the 19th century, contrast to the cutting of modern menswear, the designer manages to deconstruct the absolute relation between body and gender.
