The 'Sushi' collection is an exploration of shapes naively and abstractly drawn from the slices, tubes and sticks of a 'Far Eastern' dinner. Inspired by maki rolls, candy and microscopic views of grass, this dream brings out many adornments out of one simple shape - the cylinder. The primary material is Bioresin, a sustainable plastic derived from sunflowers, incorporated with aluminium, brass and sterling silver parts. The pieces have been cast, dyed and hand-worked by Elsa in Stockholm, Sweden.
