Dark Paradise takes inspiration from the notorious club kids of the 80s, the club scene where these strange nocturnal animals came to life. They are a subculture that emerged out of frustration and a prejudicial society. They were anti-establishment, youthful and believed in unity, having fun, and creating a safe place for people to break free.
