DEMO. SS2016 Collection pays a tribute to the interlaced Japanese culture. The designer Derek Chan was inspired by Shikoku’s pulsating hybrid glamor, transpiring both the pronounced traditional Japanese culture and the urban city charm. Scattering in the modern city, under the skyscrapers, the youngsters dress the elegant kimonos in their own unrestrained ways. The pictorial scene creates an extraordinary vogue atmosphere which inspired Derek to create this collection merging traditional kimono craftsmanship and contemporary fashion.
