The 28th Festival International de Mode et de Photographie À Hyères took place from 25th to 29th of April 2013 in Hyères, France. Damien Ravn was one of the ten finalists.

This year’s president of the fashion jury was chaired by Felipe Oliveira Baptista, who along with the rest of the selected professionals, met in Paris on the 27th of January 2013 to select the ten candidates for the final competition. 355 dossiers were received this year, from nearly 60 different nationalities.
