“The beauty of the natural world lies in the details.”

Observing nature as an integral part of the world around me, the design inspiration for this project was drawn from the earth and its natural elements; not just observation but incorporating the elements into the construction of the three-dimensional design aspects to create texture and form. This project contains an investigation of details and pattern with first-hand observation of natural forms and features androgynous oversized garments with organic silhouettes, layering, and handmade details.
