This project starts with a story about my great-grandmother-a spiritualist/medium. From this starting point a hypothetical "world" was defined by creating an archive of material of her presumed possessions: the study of night-shirts, glasses, lace, chandeliers from Villa Utopia. These possessions become a Family Portrait: objects of different origin and physicality. The essence of the past is reminiscent in this family portrait, they are spectres in a photograph.
