War Machine

This collection is based on the neo-classicism that emerged post-WWI. It combines featureless metallic shapes and corrugated surfaces symbolizing aggression, with softer more human elements like glimpses of skin and soft draping. Photos of shipping yards were taken and transferred to silk creating prints from images of peeling paint, rust, wires and corrugated metal.
