Ballet shoes, the narrative of romance and intrigue stories, and a familiar environment of fashion, photography and music have allowed me to see the world as pure art and to see design as a natural expression of my way of being. The hidden inspiration in everyday life translates into creations that reflect the contrasts of life, such as the perception of the feminine and masculine.

Each day one tells his story and expresses it with his identity; through Carmen Barceló I seek to tell mine: a lifestyle, an aesthetic, a way of working that rescues beauty in everyday fabrics, and a way to create design from the breaking of the obligatory, but maintaining a classic and timeless essence.

"I start from theatre and classical ballet. At home my mother and grandmother sewed, impregnating in me a reference of style and work ethic. From my father, musician and photographer, I have learned how to see and listen to the world around me and find beauty in everyday life. This led me to professionalize in fashion design, styling and creative direction, and combine the passions that made me grow with the art world. Through my work I reflect these facets of myself, creating a concept that invites everyone to be part of it. With the curious essence that always accompanied me, I hope I don't get satisfied with my accomplishments and grow with other creatives who want to link visions and create projects that can leave a mark on the world"
