CARLOS FELTES (Asunción, Paraguay) is an independent fashion designer working for his own label, designing womeswear and menswear collections every season and presenting them in the Asunción Fashion Week.
With more than 7 years of experience, he has already shown in very important events like PASARELA PUNTA DEL ESTE (Uruguay) and BE FASHION (Santiago de Chile), and have appear in several magazine´s editotials.
