ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Julieta Cajal Nazar - designer & jewelry maker

Julieta was born in Argentina and currently resides in Barcelona. While she holds a degree in Business and Marketing, her heart beats to the rhythm of art in all its myriad forms. Her professional journey, a quest for the ethereal and the sensory, has taken her through the realms of advertising, graphic design, photography, and artisanal crafts. It was by chance that she discovered the world of goldsmithing, where she danced with diverse metals, resins, and textile fibers. Her insatiable curiosity led her into the realm of glass, where she embraced flameworking as her ally in the creative process of designing and crafting unique pieces.

As the founder of Cajal, Julieta now runs her own in-house studio in Barcelona, where she imparts her knowledge and passion for the art of metal and glass jewelry.
