Brooke is an Australian born designer who brings life to a unique but timeless aesthetic with a passionate focus on quality. Her name-sake label Brooke Da Cruz provides luxurious pieces that leave the wearer feeling amazing inside and out. Each piece adheres to the strong sustainable & ethical values of the brand without compromising (and rather enhancing) their beauty.

The versatility in her pieces and ‘quality over quantity’ mindset go hand in hand with her focus on sustainability. The garments are engineered to be visually striking, yet easy to wear: with practical details that go easily from day to night and sometimes metamorphose within themselves. Each style is wear-tested to guarantee a flattering, comfortable fit and sturdy construction, ensuring that these un-basic pieces will be wardrobe staples for years to come.
The Brooke Da Cruz label provides superior quality and beautiful design while consciously sourcing materials to minimise harm to our planet as well as ensuring ethical practices are upheld for all who’s hands play a part in the creation of a Brooke Da Cruz piece.

In 2010 Brooke graduated from the West Australian Institute of Fashion Design with her Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design and Technology while also taking home the Pret-a-Porta Collection of the Year award along with other awards. She then headed to London to work with a master couturier and expand upon her skills. From London Brooke travelled quite extensively all the while being further inspired to create a brand encapsulating her experiences and insights through a brand based on integrity that harmonises her passions for design and this beautiful planet Earth.

The Brooke Da Cruz label comes out of a strong belief in creativity and freedom. Her woman is more about an attitude and free-willed spirit than is categorised by her age or appearance. She walks to the beat of her own drum and has an inherent confidence & passion for life, which is echoed, through her clothes. The Brooke Da Cruz woman lives consciously but lives free.

KINDRED 2

Brooke’s second collection stems from her exploration of likeness between all things.
In our most simple form all people, nature and things are one and the same.
The vastness to which pure energy expresses itself intrigues and awes Brooke and she plays with this concept while designing KINDRED 2.
The fabrics alone tell a story from seed to garment and we ensure that they are created with respect for the earth and it’s people at each step. The custom print is inspired by the notion of uniting cultures. Brooke believes in a world of oneness and would like her designs to be an expression of this.
With a strong focus on fit and quality Brooke always keeps her woman in mind and the collection caters to their need for ease of wear in unison with self expression.
Each piece offers its wearer just the right amount of support and mixed with just the right amount of playfulness that is found in the Brooke Da Cruz woman.
In alignment with our brand values, the fabrics used in the collection include Organic Cotton, Hemp, Non-Violence Organic Silks & Tencel. These naturally derived fabrics allow the wearer to feel beautiful on the inside as well as out.
