BLEIJI

Sanna Bleiji the founder & creative director of Blei Ji was born in the Netherlands in 1980.

Since her childhood she has felt a great passion for different cultures, nature and design. During her life she has traveled a lot to different countries. At the age of 15 she lived and studied in Japan for one year and after her studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam she went to South America (Chili and Argentina) for almost two years.
There she got inspired by the chilean designer Rafaél Hormazabal and his way to combine art to his love for nature.

By the time she got back to Europe the idea of how to combine her three passions was clear and her sustainable designer label Blei Ji was born.
