Belinda Leung is a Hong Kong fashion designer based in England. She graduated from Birmingham City University in 2013. She designs for womenswear and menswear, mainly focuses on womenswear. She inspires from conceptual ideas and love to play with cuts. Her garments are contemporary, sophisticated, elegance and well constructed.

She worked at Reem and Giles, and was a finalist in the Hong Kong Arts and Design Festival Fashion Design Competition 2009 and the Midland Young Fashion Designers Award 2011.

BELINDA LEUNG A/W 13-14

BELINDA LEUNG A/W 13-14 collection was based on the concept Schizophrenia. This concept started with a video 'Skhizein' directed by Jeremy Clapin. Henry who suffered from schizophrenia struck by a 150-ton meteorite and he became 91cm apart from where he originally was. Belinda Leung transferred the concept of 91cm to the collection by repeating and shifting details on garments. Top garments were repeated to the sides, collars were sit on shoulders and repeated on sleeves, and by taking the silhouette of a brain scanner, she designed the blue octagon top. This collection was beautifully cut and constructed. With the ombre tights and the use of colours, it brought a touch of hallucination to the collection.
