Barbora Kubi is a young contemporary fashion designer based in Bratislava, Slovakia. She has graduated at the Fashion Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava. In 2015 she became a winner of the Black Card contest for young designers at Prague´s Unique Fashion Week. Since 2016 she has presented her collections at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for Central Europe, Budapest, Hungary; International Fashion Showcase during London Fashion Week; Unique Fashion Week in Prague, Czech Republic; FashionLIVE! Bratislava, Slovakia. Her collections aim to promote innovative design, intricate crafting and a bold and colorful aesthetic.

Latest Collection

KUBIK

KUBIK is the latest collection of Slovakia based fashion designer Barbora Kubi. The story behind the collection is inspired by painting called KUBIK, which was painted in 90's by her mother. "KUBIK" is about geometry - it combines simple rhythm of black & white grid and playful pastel colors. The geometric detail is part of the printed fabrics as well as part of pattern construction. Collection KUBIK is fresh form of urban uniform of youngsters – that's the reason why it becomes a love affair of those who love to stand out of the crowd.
