At the basis of creation in nature are the 4 elements WATER, FIRE, AIR AND EARTH. These elements complement each other in a perpetual and harmonious cycle. The lack of one of them creates imbalances at the cellular level. Ramona used the leaf as an element of nature because leaves absorb and process the ingredients needed to sustain life on the planet. Earth and sky are opposite contrasting elements, as are feminine and masculine energy. The representation of the earth's cracks in the textile design is translated by its vulnerability in the absence of water, too much presence of fire in the air. These uneven fissures are the essence of a living organism interconnected with the ever-changing creative nature. All these elements are translated into textile design compositions that form a game of visual balance that helps the message of the collection to be integrated and understood. The internal impulse towards evolution also determines this need to balance and integrate the two facets of creation, feminine energy and masculine energy.
The subtlety of this message hides deep down a break with origins and a denial of who we are as human beings, of what we contain as energy in manifestation and what we contain at the cellular level.
The collection has a problematic approach, but it does not come to contradict an already well-rooted cult, but rather wants to bring to the surface through a deep subtlety, through a set of overlapping textures, the balance between the two bodies in manifestation.
