Asta Masiulyte was born in Kaunas, Lithuania. She studied at Institut of Art in Kaunas- Academy of Art in Vilnius (Lithuania), where completed a Master degree in Textile Art. Now she lives and works in Alicante, Spain.

The art of the Middle Ages, textile from the end of the 19th century from countries like Montenegro, Serbia, Albania...
It has been influenced by "thousand flowers" tapestries, the miniatures of medieval manuscripts. Materials are made form embroidered knit with the knit lace, applications.

Colours: Brown, grey, gold, white coffee, sand.
