"Creating clothes involves what I like, going to fabric markets, suppliers factories, color, pattern, shape and movement. I love the everyday progression, the people, the pressure, the surprise of seeing the work come alive walking and dancing around on strangers. Like my pink ballpens, my designs wake up and brighten and bring the wearer to life drawing attention to her beauty and specialness, her moods and movements, her dreams and fantasies.”

In 2006, Anthony, officially entered the Philippine Ready-to-Wear Clothing scene by working for Stylistica Fashion Marketing Inc. a clothing company that housed the trendiest and fashionably fun clothing brands in the Philippines, including Crissa Jeans. What would soon become known as Anthonys trademark look began its formulations here: cute silhouettes, urban inspired cool fabrics, whimsical detailing and, most importantly, a fabulous fit. It says everything about you, that you’re unique, hip, fun. and in the early 2006, he came into design control of the label Redgirl Jeans and Hotkiss shirts and jeans, a label which set the trends for the sexy rock and roll clothing, with sophisticated bohemian and ethnic styles.

After years designing for other labels, Anthony decided to make a dramatic change in his life and in 2009, he designed for Goldwing Enterprises , that allowed Anthony the creative freedom to execute his vision to its fullest potential. The same year he collaborated in designing for “Whatever Shirt and Jeans”. Today he’s designing ready-to-wear clothing for mens, womens, and corporate ladies in major Department stores, throughout the country, including Grab-a-tee Mens and Ladies, and E’lan flair for fashion. And just recently he launches his new lingerie collection under Au jus Couture Label.

Anthony “ Tonio” Pajares has built his career in fashion by following his own set of rules. Known for his casual, comfortable and fashionable ready-to-wear designs, Anthony has been rocking the fashion industry with his original designs since the 2000’s. His commitment to remain true to his one-of-a-kind vision has afforded Anthony continued success in an industry known for its fickleness. His ability to change with the times while keeping his designs pure has not gone unnoticed.
