My collection is inspired by the idea of social success and consumerism. It tells the story of a woman obsessed with appearances and superficial to the extreme. Her goal in life is to look like Barbie.

Her beauty, being the only skill she possesses is a way for her to get what she wants : money, fabulous jeweleries and shoes, lots of shoes. It’s her plastic that will enable her to marry rich men that will support her needs.

The collection depicts a woman who wants too much of everything and who becomes a caricature.
Dollar prints, fake tinny waists, plastic texture and references to the man costumes are mixed together, giving a funny and joyfull feeling to the collection.
