Andrea Viêntëc

Andrea V. studied visual Arts at Barcelona University and millinery at Central Saint Martins in London. She combines sculpture techniques with her textile design work and her proposals advocate a taste for the minimum in a dreamlike setting where white and colourless features are renewed to display inviting timeless scenarios.

ANDREA VIÊNTËC (Millinery & Wearing Objects) is a brand born in Barcelona late 2011.
The collection now takes place as textile, ceramic etc.. headwear, jewellery and made-to-measure works influenced by Scandinavian and Lapp imagery. The hand finished pieces support traditional millinery techniques and time demanding craftmanship.
This brand also collaborates with other artists and designers with their own collections and performance projects.
Collaborations with El Colmillo de Morsa (SS 2013, Mercedes Benz Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week), De Ubieta (joined brand, Duoh), Georgina Vendrell (AW 2014, 080 Barcelona Fashion Week) currently.
The latest collaborative project with performance artists, HOWL/An Invitation To Be Seen, a performance collective touring around California (2012).
