AMIMANERA

OLGA PRAT, was born in Igualada(Barcelona), the province famous for it's textile industries which is one of the most important activities of this zone. The textile industry was the occupation of the family-owned business, founded by her grandfather and dedicated to knitted fabrics with which she was surrounded since she was very young. Encircled in between cones and crocheting machines (knitted fabrics) started to show of.

After completing her design studies, Olga, who was always very interested to experience all the different fields in the fashion world, started working at the design and pattern departments of various companies, dedicated to the production on big scale.

At the same time she started creating her own collections on small scale, until she decided to brand name it. For her character and her way of live the brand AMIMANERA (my own way) was born. The name gives personality to the garments, because they are created by the way she sees live. With a hint of romance, soft, unique and with personality using sweet materials such as silk
and lace.

We could say that the garments signed by AMIMANERA are for those with a great personality in there ways of dreesing, leaving aside the lines marked by the big brands.
