For as long as I can remember, I have always felt fulfilled by expressing my ideas and feelings through the visual arts.

It was therefore only natural that I should choose to study art. It was at first at the Académie de Meuron in Neuchâtel. In this art school I was introduced to the many aspects of artistic creation. I then integrated the School of Applied Art in La Chaux-de-Fonds. In my training as a clothing designer I acquired a solid foundation in sewing techniques. I was also able to develop my aesthetic sense and create my first garments. Finally, it was during my training for a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design at the HEAD-Geneva that I deeply enriched my work as a designer.

These trainings opened my mind and developed my interest and knowledge in design and art. I acquired techniques and developed very personal tools that allow me to express my ideas and thus give no limits to my work.
Experimentation and deconstruction are an integral part of my creative process. My work is not only limited to the body, but also touches the space around it. Thus, playing with forms and especially functions in unexpected ways, playing with fabric and wool by integrating more unexpected materials such as metal or wood, are all means I use to create surprise.

Latest Collection

HÉRITAGE - BOIS AU TOMBÉ DE VELOURS

This collection is about legacy, that of my father, a restorer of heritage objects. This love of art pieces and antique furniture was passed on to me day after day for so many years. How can I combine this profession with the one I have chosen?
We are both craftsmen, but our fields of activity do not cross very often. The challenge is to
bring our skills together until they meet. I focus on materials, integrating wood, metal, velvet and certain furniture lines into a fashion collection, of which the human body is the frame.
The result is a dialogue between shapes inspired by furniture and clothing. I chose what I wanted to reveal of the body and what I wanted to conceal. Velvet material is used as a portal between our two worlds. I have created a collection that is wearable, but imposes immobility, a collection for the eye and for performance. I was inspired by certain antique furniture which, by their shapes, proportions, fragility or singularity, are more for form than for function.
As a young designer, I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity to develop my
creativity to the maximum.
