Amelia Brown is a New York-based designer with a global perspective.
Her approach to design begins with the cultural heritage of dress,
from which she adapts traditional silhouettes and embellishments in new ways.
Amelia graduated from Cornell University, where she majored in fashion design.
She has studied and lived in Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, India, Spain, and Mexico
and has traveled extensively. Her Arabic and Spanish have allowed her
to explore design traditions across multiple cultures. Amelia Brown designs are
both elegant and intricate, created for a culturally fluent woman of the world.
