Having graduated in cape town in 2018, i realised how wasteful the industry is. I decided to pursue my studies and explore circular fashion. The result is a 99% recycled and upcycled collection. I am moving back to mauritius, my home country and will keep exploring circularity and confection beautiful clothing free of guilt.

A Trash Story

Being concerned by the tremendous amount of waste generated by the fashion industry, we have committed ourselves as a brand to help solve the issue. Our landfills are filled with treasures that can be repurposed, recycled and re-used with a slight effort and creativity. Therefore for our a/w 2020 collection, we have made use of carefully selected materials to create unique pieces made with the greatest care.

Alter the label has started engaging in circularity that aims to create a zero-waste world by closing the loop of the process. Fabrics, vintage pieces, deadstock and fabric remnants were treated and turned into beautiful timeless garments that are made to last. Each garment is designed to flatter the feminine silhouette and does not discriminate with shapes and sizes. Indulge into elegant and guilt-free clothing.
