Alba Knitwear

Marcela is a passionate and creative Knitwear designer from Uruguay, where she had study at Escuela Universitaria Centro de Diseño.
In love with the idea of create your own fabric for your designs. Main professional interest lies in knitwear as a haute couture. With strong backround in hand and machine knitwear construction. She have worked at Vivienne Westwood and was in charge of design and production at Garzón luxury knitwear. Now she develop her own brand call "Alba Knitwear" and work as a main designer al Aiguá, a Uruguayan brand.
Her designs had been publish at "Knitwear design" book by Carol Brown and websites like Vogue UK and Rough Mag.
Excellet photographic knowledge, keen intrest in fashion and fine art photography.
