ABO London offers an exclusive range of limited-edition high-end luxury silk scarves ethically made in the United Kingdom. ABO London is the creation of Kazakshstan-born Aliya Boranbayeva who started the company with her friend Aizhan Bodanova.
Inspired by the famous Silk Road that once connected the West and the East, Aliya created the ABO London brand, in an effort to unite the rich cultural heritage of Central Asia and the modern diverse dynamism of London.
Each design from ABO London is an inspirational piece of wearable art designed by Aliya, created on high quality, eco-friendly natural fabrics and finished by hand.
ABO London’s collection reflects a classic British elegance whilst bringing the beauty of ancient Central Asian textile traditions together. Aliya have brought to life their passion for art and fashion to create a timeless luxury product.
ABO London is a finalist within the global SOURCE Awards 2012 run by The Ethical Fashion Forum. Nominated for the category Innovation as “One to Watch”, that recognises inspirational new talent in fashion design and textiles design, combined with innovation in sustainability.
