A03ART

Oana Ancuta Briciu is the designer behind the label A03art, launched in 2014.
A03art is based on Ancuta Oana Briciu's interest in the borderline between male and female fashion.
Her characters are unconventional and not conforming to an ordinary type or pattern. “Playing with others expectations, helped by the playful and vibrant colour palette, I manage to create looks presented as a compilation of stylistic pieces with oversized proportions.
I use digital printing, screen printing and manufacture to disrupt the rhythm of consistency and create a bundle of energy." says Ancuta Oana.
She studied fashion design at University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca and a MA in fashion strategy and costume design at the National University of Arts Bucharest. During this period she attended fashion releated courses: styling, set design and costume design in Romania, draping at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, color theory and illustration at the European Institute of Design in Barcelona.
