Yiyu Chen

Yiyu Chen was born in 1988 in Taiwan. She holds a Fashion Design BA of Shih-Chien University and a MA1 degree of ESMOD PARIS for Postgraduate Programme Createur Couture, which educate Haute Couture tailoring. She obtained her Master degree of Fashion Design in ArtEZ Arnhem and had her graduate collection selected as semi-finalists of H&M Fashion Award, the same collection is exhibited in Modebelofte of Dutch Design Week 2014. In 2015, she was awarded Public Prize in 30th Hyères International Fashion Festival, under the presidency of Virginie Viard, Art Director of Studio CHANEL and Karl Lagerfeld, Art Director of CHANEL. Two years later, she won the Grand Prix of AWOW-Aarhus Walks on Water, a fashion competition hold by the city Aarhus, European Culture Capital 2017.
