WE ARE NOT SISTERS

We are a womenswear label that designs and makes modern and minimalistic garments with innovative details.

We use a unique combination of fashion and product design to create innovative and multifunctional clothes with a sense of humor and a strong focus on updating known attributes of clothing. Our collections are cohesive and simple at first glance, but a closer look reveals the playful twists. We believe that continuous little improvements can make a positive difference in life.

We are not sisters, but a team of two good friends, soulmates and business partners with a passion for fashion: two designers, Lucia Jarošová and Tamara Tóthová Markovičová. We do this because we love clothes and always wish to improve them with our own take on how they should look, feel and work on you.

Internationally focused, We Are Not Sisters works with some of the most enthusiastic and experienced talent all over Europe, with our base in Slovakia. We are dedicated to ethical practices throughout our production processes. All our clothes are made by skilled seamstresses in Slovakia using only high quality materials produced in Europe.
