SIL GAVIRAGHI

Sil Gaviraghi set up her eponymous fashion label in 2011.

Graduating from Istituto Marangoni Milan in 2010, with a degree in Fashion Design, Sil Gaviraghi won the competition in collaboration with Ferrari. She was offered a 6-months internship at Ferrari`s HQ in Maranello (MO), where she helped develop the FW 2011-12 Lifestyle Collection.
During her stay in Maranello she was chosen to be a guest designer on Italia's Next Top Model 4, dressing the models with her outfits from the degree show. The episode aired on SkyUNO March 2011.

Sil Gaviraghi developed a tendency of working with leather during her studies at Istituto Marangoni.
Attending the London College of Fashion, for various training courses specialized in leather making, enabled her to gain the actual technical skill needed to make leather her signature material for her label.

Sil Gaviraghi follows the entire process of the collection, from the concept and design to its production and shoots, creating high quality timeless pieces.
A style denoted by simple silhouettes, to enhance comfort, with a creative twist on the fabrics and materials used - combining aesthetic, creativity and portability is key in SIL GAVIRAGHI's collections.

The aim is to revaluate the handmade and crafted with passion skill and love for aesthetic, recreating that luxurious atmosphere that once was fashion.
